The personal information collected is dependent on your use of the Clet platform. All information is collected directly from the user which means the user provides these details voluntarily. Below is a list of personal data we may collect from you:

  2. Socials Data: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Twitch, Discord, Telegram, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  3. Public Blockchain Data: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin, Solana, Tron, Ripple, Cardano, Polkadot, Stellar, Litecoin, Algorand, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Monero, Dash, and VeChain
  4. Essentials Data: Website, IP Address, Location, and Contract Address
  5. Extra Data: Spotify, Apple Music, OpenSea, and Linktree

How is Your Personal Information Used?

  1. To efficiently map a Clet name to its corresponding data.
  2. To ensure proper support services.
Clet may disclose your personal information without your consent for the legitimate interests of Clet or another person. There will be a proper assessment of the situation, if the legitimate reasons supersedes the negative effect.


How Can Your Personal Data Be Accessed and Corrected?

All information mapped to a Clet name can be viewed by all who use our tools to resolve the name. Only the user owns the data and has the right to make changes or corrections to the name.


Can Your Personal Information Be Lost?

Once payment for the subscription is done, a user owns a Clet name for the subscription period. After expiry, a user will still own the name and have a chance to renew his/her subscription. Failure to renew one's subscription in time will increase the chances of another user buying and consequently owning the name. The new user will then have full rights over the Clet name and its corresponding details.


Changes

Clet reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice to the user. It is the user's responsibility to review the Policy from time to time to check for updates.
